If you want to live in a place where there is a party going on 24/7 - move here.
When we first moved in, it wasn't bad.
But over the course of the past year, the quality of living here has plummeted.
It's so noisy.
Kids are running up and down the halls, playing outside in the court yard, riding their bikes in the parking lot all the time.
These kids (they range from about 6-12 years old) play football outside my patio door all the time.
I have dents in my grill from them.
They sit in my patio chairs, they are unrespectful and they purposely taunt and tease my dog through my patio door.
They don't move out of the way for cars in the parking lot and their parents allow them to leave their toys outside all over the place.
They had to shut the pool down for most of last summer because they were playing with the pool equipment.
(Not that I would actually go in the pool anyways) My neighbors on one side blast music until 1am.
On the other side, this kid continuously bounces a ball against the wall so you hear this lovely thud noise.
And the people upstairs have had the cops called on them numerous times to break up their fights.
The parking issue is horrible, but I suppose that's because I don't feel safe using my carport at night, because the lights in it have been burnt out since I moved in 2 years ago.
Not to mention the fact that it's all the way at the end of the parking lot.
I personally have never had a problem with maintenance.
I have had to call them 3 times, and all three times they responded same day and fixed the problem the first time.
Rent does seem a bit steep for what you get though.
And if that's not bad enough, the city of Bedford's taxes are ridiculously high!

I agree. I've been at the Bedford Green Apts for 6 years now and the apartment complex has gone down. You can never reach anyone at the rent office, the laundry rooms, the hallways and the entrance way are not kept clean. The rent continues to go up but they don't make any improvements to your current living situation. The parking lot has trash everywhere, most carport lamps are out and I complained to maintenance about the light being out in my entrance way.
