I have lived here for 11 months and I am leaving as soon as my lease is up. #1 tenants will now be responsible for $15 a month water bill as well as the rent being raised #2 I had a hole in my bathroom ceiling it took over 5 months 15 phone calls and 4 office visits to get this fixed. #3 Starting to get noisy, I live close to the pool and kids are always running and screaming. Overall, not worth the rent they are asking for!
