I moved here for the second time only because the other management was so prompt with repairs and I like it.
Now when i moved back for the second time, the apartment was never clean, nor was the carpet clean the bathtub was filty. They sent a women and said give them a couple of hours and they would do what they could.
I had to wait a week for the exstementor to come for the ant that had made it up to the fifth floor. Which cancel my movers bringing in my furniture.
The stove which came with the apartment was never clean. I had to clean it myself. And also it started to leak gas all over the apartment. I call for them to fix it and they sent this repairman that didnot no how to repair it. After calling the gas company they finally decided to replace the stove.
Other tenants in the building were complaining about the gas fumes and all the fire department for fear of a fire.

I also call because the fire doors where closed because the fire alarm systems were down in all of the building.

The floors are always dirty and it was an embrassment for my company to come here.

I have been waiting a week as of tomorrow for someone to come and un-stop the kitchen sink. I am getting ready to take my rent to the Court Office and contact my attorney.
