since the so call new management things have went down hill. maintenance (which is non existence), old out dated appliances ( had a dishwasher replaced but still dont work,) noisy environment. dont try to sleep with the windows open. there so call fitness center is usually over ran by underage kids, trash overflowing from the chute all the time, washing machinces that barely work you know what soon follows. bugs, vermin, which they no longer exterminate. rent constantly going up and the quality of our living has dropped. they even turned down the water pressure, and the temperture on the hot water i guess to save $$$. i hate to say columbus park is starting to remind me of the projects a relative lives in. crappy and smells. when lease time is up i am out of here. i use to feel at home but now i am very disappointed. thumbs down for columbus park.
