WE HAVE MOVED IN UNDER THE OLD COMPANY. IT WAS NICE, QUIET, CLEAN it was Home, but since the new management took over it has turned into the projects in the burbs. low water pressure, lucky to get hot water the boilers is always going out. they been waiting on a part for over a YEAR! TRASH, TRASH AND MORE TRASH, black mold, the strench of trash, dirty mop water and along with smell of drugs. oh yes USED CONDOMS IN THE STAIRWELL WHICH WHEN BROUGHT UP TO MANGEMENT THEY IGNORED. laundry room washers or dryers always broken or leaking water all over the floor. Even after two town hall meetings with the city there is very little change. my brother lives in the projects and trust me the situation here mirors his living condictions. SHAMEFUL. Management goals it to heard folks in like cattle and treat as such. i am so glad that we are getting out of here before summer because along with the dope boys, fights in the parking lots, and loud music i do not consider this home, just a mistake along life trail. safety NO, cleaniness NO, consideration NO, reliablity of maintenance NO. I disagree with the comment before the grounds are picture perfect, there is no garbage other than in the dunpsters I love living at Columbus Park

HAHA Anonymous... what building do you live in?? I live on the first floor and everytime I come in it reaks of weed.. the GHETTO boys are either in the front of the building or inthe lobby, it SMELLS so bad, people still leave their trash in the hallways. For the longest time the laundry room on the first floor was suppose to get fixed and still has not. It's moldey and you swear that the ceiling is going to cave in on you if your not careful. My apartment has been leaking for the almost two years i have been here with mold as well.. Sure they sent maintence, and sure he said "oh we're going to get this done right away," umm that was two months ago. I remeber when I moved in here, when the hallways were cleaned everyday!!!! Now what happend? It's so horrible, and if it's true that they are accepting section 8, then this complex will never get any better. But happy to say I am not renewing my lease this year.. So if you live in any hood, I guess this is the perfect place for you!!!!!

Columbus Park residents, I invite you to type in Williamsburg of Cincinnati another of Karam's properties to see what the people here in Cincinnati think about Karam and how they manage one of the largest properties in the Greater Cincinnati Area! BTW, it has over 950 units, 100 acres of land, 100 buildings, and was once considered the best community in Cincinnati to live. It now has a rating of 21%.

I agree with these above the prodjects are better than this place. I moved in about 1wk ago & the place is a hell hole, I tried talking to the manager & other staff wow they are rude & have no clue what they are doing here. I will not be here long in fact my lawyer is looking to get me out of here fast. I also heard that nothing gets fixed either that is great. I have called the City & nothing gets done they should CONDEM this place
