It is a dump! I have lived here since 2005 and plan to leave at the end of this month when my lease is up. IT is very trash for the amound of rent you pay monthly. The upkeep is horrible! IT really needs a face lift, and they need to do better with screening out their applicants.

A very nice place to live I live in a nice building that´s pretty quiet and very well maintained. The management is very involved with the tenants and answer any concerns we have. It´s very affordable with many ammenities and updates appliances.

Good. In general, Rockside Park Towers is what I think a standard apartment complex should be like. When I was looking around for apartments, many places were just simply sub-par in quality and over-priced. Rockside Park Towers provides a good quality living environment at a reasonable price.

OK PLACE TO LIVE I have lived here for just about a year. I am moving when my lease is up. For a one bedroom at, now they raised the rent already, to be $600 is kind of ridiculous. They also are not pet friendly, which sucks. I hate hearing the loud teens in the parking lot at all

Getting Worse... We have lived in Rockside Park Towers for over two years now, and when we first moved in, things were good. Although, my car was broken into within the first two weeks of living here.
