I just moved to Southgate Towers a few months ago. I wasn't sure about it at first because of some of the "history" of this place, but it has turned out to be quite different than I expected it to be. The office staff was so nice and made me feel at home immediately. The location is great (it's right in the middle of 3 different shopping areas), the schools are awesome (Bedford School system) and the staff is so helpful. I haven't needed to call for a maintenance man, but have heard from other people that they take care of everything quickly. I live on a tight budget, but found the right size apartment for a price I could afford.

My advice is, don't listen to the reputation that others try to put out there, find out for yourself. Give this place a try and you will know you made the right decision for your next home.
