Disgusting hallways..My apartment smelled like old cats the first couple of months.the smell was unbarable.Elevators messed up..Door always broken.Lounge is Nasty and outdated.Parking lot Raggidy.Gum/paper/garbage in elevators/hallways..Neighbors blasting Music.Stolen shopping carts in hallways.lol Just a mess in general.People had pets when I thought none were allowed..running in elevator unattended

Agreeable it is a mess here safety is okay never any problems there.Trash always overflowing, hallways trashed daily maintenance is a joke took a month to get heat had water leaking from ceiling no one ever responded. cat smell in cabinets so bad could not use them just kept things boxed up and worked with that. Management staff is rude and GHETTO all caps for a reason. music blasting all hours, can hear noise from apts, hallways, everywhere. if you move here advise you to get surveillance to keep an eye on things when you cant. Had to call and ask a few times what so and so was doing in my apt before they stopped doing that guess they realized someone was watching. snow in winter bad in parking lots and the residents can not park if you value your car being dent free you may want to park in no mans land. I had one dent in one area when i moved here now my car is covered in dents from other people just hitting it cause they felt like it or are just plain ignorant. For the money not worth he headache oh and they dont tell you till later but expect to pay about $15-20 more than advertised price for heat, water, trash recover costs. The heat is cut off early, wont work much during the day, cut off for good shortly after first "warm" day and you still need a space heater or something, and i can actually tolerate a cool house but to see my own breathe its too cold. I agree with every and any bad review this is by far the worst apt i have ever stayed in and i have stayed in quite a few, always paid on time never broke a lease ever look elsewhere before this one
