I lived in mill pond from june 2010 to feb 2011 left because of work. This is one of the best places i have lived. The staff always knew my name, and checked in on me a few times.
During the winter, they cleaned the parking lot in plenty of time before the morning the commute.

nice place to live It's a great place to live. All of the storm damage is fixed. It did take awhile for them to get to it, but it got done. I have lived here almost 2 yrs and any maintenance issues i've had have been addressed within 2 days.

bayberry cove sucks bayberry cove management trys to charge you for everything ie having too much patio furnature. the management is rude and unhelpful. the maintance takes forever to fix anything broken. you can hear everything through the wall. the window are horrible. you must clean your own
