RENTER BEWARE!!!! - Mill Pond is a fire waiting to happen. The staff was always plent friendly. nice place to live It's a great place to live. All of the storm damage is fixed. It did take awhile for them to get to it, but it got done. I have lived here almost 2 yrs and any maintenance issues i've had have been addressed within 2 days.

bayberry cove sucks bayberry cove management trys to charge you for everything ie having too much patio furnature. the management is rude and unhelpful. the maintance takes forever to fix anything broken. you can hear everything through the wall. the window are horrible. you must clean your own
