No sound proofing at all. You can hear everything above or below you.

Parking is inadequate. Only one assigned spot per apartment and only a few unassigned spaces. Very inconvenient if you have guests or own two cars. Note that the city of Berea won't let you park on the street overnight.

You must move out on the exact last day of your lease, or earlier. Management would not offer to pro-rate a few days if we had to move out a little later.
