Well my first complaint is that walls are very thin, you can hear neighbors all the time. You can hear them walking, peeing, doing wash, talking, watching TV. Very close to airport, pretty noisy, but convenient.

It is made of shoddy materials and is already in terrible shape, it's only like two years old. Everything is extra cheap.

There is a huge problem with waste from animals. Landscaping sucks, maintenance sucks, the staff is rude and bad and harass you over nothing.

Parking is becoming a HUGE issue. People are double parking, you have to park on streets across the road and walk over, its bad. Very hard time finding a spot even CLOSE to the building you live in.

Are there many 2 bdrm units still available? Credit check? Elevators? Near to shopping?

I think so, but best to call. I don't have perfect credit and I got in. Mine isn't terrible though. I just don't have much credit since I am younger. No elevators which sucks if you are three floors up. Very close to North Olmstead and the mall there. Need a car though, most isn't walking distance.
