Nice place but not a great value

New apartments are nice but there's little if any storage space...Garages are very difficult to get and ceiling fans are only provided for select units...For a rent payment that is in excess of $200-$300 above the market, these things should be routine...The parking is okay and the area's relatively quiet considering all the trains and planes in the area...The staff is nice but very short-handed as it's not uncommon to go to the office and no one be there or there's only 1 person to handle multiple inquiries...Service can also be slow...Made a request and had to call back a week later to get the work done...In their defense, they did good work, it was just slow...Acceptable living space but the value and service are very ordinary for a premium price tag...Would recommend finding a better value such as the Polo Club in Strongsville.

This palce is good with some maintainence problems. But management is not only rude, but greedy too. Some of my friends have lived here for a year and left. They got huge bills like 1500-2000$ for replacing carpet, bench tops etc. They cleaned it well, still got the bills from management. They make money on you after leaving the apartment. Exit is also a business for them. It really sucks. Go away from this apartment.
