Well if you like rude staff, constant inconvenience of them "checking" on your apartment, no maintenance (hope you are a DIY kind of guy!), no parking - and i do me none, high rent with no utilities included, cheap construction, no soundproofing, and a lot of trashy people, its great.

If however you like a place that isn't falling apart when it is new, that doesn't have dog feces all over, that you don't have to fight for parking, that the staff doesn't insult you, save your money.

I left the place in good condition, to be sent a week late an invoice for $3,200 for new carpet and paint!! When I moved in the walls were half painted, seriously, you could see drywall!! The carpet was so cheap you couldn't vacuum with out it fraying. There were no stains, so why does it need to be replaced''

There are a lot of serious problems. A luxury apartment' I don't think so. Even if you count their "luxury" amenities that they have listed, good luck. The business center is 2 computers that never work. Even when they do there are people looking at porn on them and you can't actually use them. The gym has 5 pieces of equipment, 3 of which don't work. The pool is the size of a puddle, and always filled with children, good luck using it. You do get a washer and dryer, but is it worth paying 600 more than other places'

My dishwasher was broken when I moved in, it took 16 calls and about 11 weeks to get maintenance to come fix it, and it still never worked right.
