When I found out my parents house was going to foreclosure I moved there. No one told me that if i didnt like it even after 2 weeks I was locked in. I moved my stuff in and what not. Then my parents put money on an apartment. The mortgage company worked a deal out with my dad to keep the house. So my parents told them, other complexes gave my dad all is money back. This place wouldn't, in fact until someone else moves in you are charged. So you never get your deposit back.

So I lost my second job and I told the apartment complex on my 16th day of living there I don't think I can afford it. After paying 1500.00 into this place.... They made me do a buyout. FOR 16 DAYS!!!! Also They still wanted rent for November plus the buyout. The people in the office talk to you like your an idiot. I have more education than anyone of those idiots. The lawyers I contact helped me so I ended up not having to pay them their buyout of $1500. This place sucks. NOTHING I ASKED TO BE REPAIRED GOT FIXED! My light was broken with exposed wiring and no one came to fix it. The air conditioner never worked and the knob fell off.

OH YEAH... IT SMELLED LIKE MALE CAT SPRAY!!! Despite the fact they claimed the carpet was brand new. The paint job on the walls is the worst i've ever seen. I've lived in nicer trailers than this place. STAY AWAY!

Also if anyone in any of units in the building closes a door or flushes the toilet you hear it. You can hear sex, private conversations, fighting, a cat meowing, its a noisy place. There is a baby a few apartments over that keeps me up almost every night. Some mexican has a car alarm that is always going off.

It's your choice, find it out the hard way if you want to...

I am pretty sure you are not talking about the right apartment complex. First of all there are no knobs on the air conditioners as they are all central air. Car alarms? I have lived here for 1 1/2 years and maybe have heard one or two car alarms. Also, it is not that noisy.
