All of the negative complaints seem to be of the same nature. Either there is a glaring about this property or someone has it out for the management. The parking is ample for my unit. I can hear my neighbors but its an apartment building. I can hear footsteps and water running but has anyone ever been in a fully occupied building and not heard these minor noises' The grounds are fairly well kept, good enough for the Cleveland area. The sidewalks do not have dog waste on them, maybe the grass... but who walks on the grass' Safety wise I feel very comfortable compared to other areas of Cleveland. I haven't had an issue with maintenance as of right now and the staff has always been friendly to me. The exercise equipment is adequate for what you pay for the apartments. If you want a full size gym, join one. The pool is nice, the lounge chairs are wonderful to fall asleep in. I haven't noticed what the other posts have been complaining about.

But I do wish the community would go smoke free!!! I cannot open my balcony door during nice weather because the tenants below me smoke out on theirs and it comes up and infiltrates my entire apartment!!!
