The management at Stoneridge is horrible. The manager is rude. I came to her office to talk about a problem I had over the dishwasher leaking. At first we spoke on the phone and she hung up on me, then I went down to the office to talk to her face to face and she was extremly disrespectful. She seemed to be very immature. I asked to speak with someone above her, like the owner of the property and she refused to give me his name and telephone number. She said, "The complaint ends here and you will not talk to anyone else, if you want to know who the owner is you have to find out on your own." I pay good money to live there and she completely treated me as if I was a nobody. I pay rent here and to be talked to like that is uncalled for. If you are looking for an apartment do not come to the Stoneridge, go somewhere that employees actually apperciate your business. The Stoneridge has terrible customer service.

I live at Stone Ridge for almost 2 years now, and have NEVER encountered any bad experiences with management. In fact, if I have had a problem it has always been taken care of that same day. Maybe it is the way this person talked to management in the first place. I am actually amazed at how quickly they respond to something broken, something that needs fixed, etc.

Obviously "iamrebecca" there always two sides to a story and this person did have a problem with her as do ALOT of people, but I suppose you don't have any problems because you are probably just so far up her ass that you don't realize what a ----- she is.
