I am a very pleased tenant at Stone Ridge for almost 2 years now. I love it. Any problems that have occured have been taken care of within 24 hours (I have always been amazed at that). The grounds look beautiful and I am proud to live there. Management has always been professional with me, but maybe it's the approach. I see a lot of complaints on this website and I think they are from people who do not know how to approach management with respect (to get the response they are looking for) and are too young and immature to know any better about everything else or from people who have never lived in an apartment before (noise levels, parking - that is all expected when you live in an apartment). Would I love the rent to be cheaper' Yes, but it is very spacious living quarters. Would I like them to give you a break and not increase your rent if you are loyal and stay at Stone Ridge year after year' You betcha! But overall, I am very proud to live there, and I love having a pool at summer time! We have a grill that we can use at all times as well, nice feature.
