I've lived here at Stone Ridge for 7 months thus far, and I am fortunate enough to be able to say I have not had the same problems as the rest of the posters. Kitchen appliances and W/D are new and pretty sturdy. I did, however, have an issue with the garbage disposal which maintenance came and fixed the same day. I gave permission to enter as I called early in the AM. Maintenance came in the evening, called my phone first, and I let them in. As far as management goes, I did not work directly with Maloni with signing my lease/move-in, etc. I have met her a few times when I went to pick up some packages. While she wasn't nasty to me, she wasn't the most friendliest person either. Actually, when I came in the clubhouse, she was on a personal phonecall, and I had to sit and wait on her for 10 mins before she would acknowledge my presence. I wouldn't be surprised if the comments from some of the other posters were very valid. As far as parking goes, I rarely have a problem finding a spot unless I come home at 2AM, in which that case I have to park further away from my unit (but not in a totally different section of the complex). I rarely hear my neighbors above me...I guess they're quiet. All in all Stone Ridge has been a good apartment-living experience for me. I plan on moving out in a few months, so we'll see how things go then. Other than that, I would recommend this place if you like a quiet community away from the hustle and bustle of downtown Cleveland.
