While I haven't had some of the problems others have, I do have a lot of the same general complaints. The construction seems poor and noise is an issue, but I seem flanked by the elderly so generally it isn't terrible.

I do find parking to be a pretty big issue. I live in one of the front buildings, which I often have to park by the mailboxes. While it isn't terrible, in snow it isn't great.

I really have little to no experience with the office staff. I signed my lease and that was it. What breaks I generally just fix on my own, it has never been anything huge, just fixing a little leak or whatnot.

I still find dog waste to be a problem, but it has been a little better. It seems most people simply walk their dogs across the street now and let them go there at the abandoned houses.

I am not really happy here, riding out the lease. It is costly for what you are getting. I found a place in North Royalton where I am moving after the lease is up.
