I've read the reviews and quite frankly, I'm dismayed at the negativity. How many places throw a Christmas party, or a pool party with a movie' The people who really do live here are very friendly and get along quite well. Not to say it's perfect, but it's a very nice place to live. The landscaping still leaves something to be desired, but it is getting continually better. The maintenance, especially since the hiring of Dale, is absolutely superb. I have never been turned down on a reasonable request, and have found those who work in the office to be both efficient and caring. It seems like the ones who have problems just don't get that it's a business and they're trying to keep people happy and protect the investment. That's their job! I have seen people do some pretty ignorant things, and if it has to be brought to their attention, so be it. The apartments themselves are spacious with a nice floor plan, and are very energy efficient in comparison to other units or even single family homes. (Ask a homeowner about their utilities lately!) Maloni runs a tight ship when it comes to business, but is very friendly and congenial when she's given an opportunity. I don't think you'll find a nicer complex in this area. With the few problems that this place,(and most others)have, the good points far outweigh the negative ones. Parking can be a problem, but maybe that's because it's full. The fact that the place stays near capacity speaks for itself. People would not be on a waiting list for somewhere that is not desirable to live at.

Stupid, seems like your happy anywhere? Why not save your money and live in a box near some garbage.
