This place sucks. It is made from cheap ----. They almost never plow, when they do they ripped my bumper off my car and buried it in snow. Nice. There is no parking. I am on the third floor and my f**king ceiling leaks all the time on my bed. Repairs take forever, if they happen.

Oh and there is a serious problem with the raccoons in the mail room. I am having my stuff send to a PO box so my wife doesn't get bitten again.

Are you sure you live in Stone Ridge? It's called nature and raccoons are part of nature. Perhaps you should look into a padded wall apartment with no outside access....

The mail room is part of nature? Sounds like YOU need a padded wall apartment. I live here as well and I have seen the same problem. If the inside of the building is "part of nature" let the little rodents crash in your apartment.

My unit is right next to the mailboxes and I've never seen raccoons. Though I wouldn't be shocked, since there are deer and other animals all over this area. Sorry for the leak in the ceiling, but I haven't experienced this.
