while reading other reviews,or should i say complaints, i've come across alot of untrue information. I've lived in Stone Ridge a few years now, and have never experienced most of the things complained about.

Maintenance: Ever since Dale was hired, the maintenance help has been through the roof! Anytime I've had anything wrong, It's been fixed that day. No one has ever come into my apartment without my consent and has always called and knocked before entering. nor have i ever witnessed him peeing on the property. He's a very professional man, i think this is just some BS.

Office Staff: MALONI (not milani, meloni, or molani) has been nothing but friendly to me and my family. It is quite possible that those complaining did not approach her with respect therefore did not receive it in return. Anyone complaining should take into concern that if you're calling for a light bulb to be replaced, it will most likely not be first priority. She has helped me and my neighbors many times when the office was closed and she was not working, for instance, unlocking our apartment when we lost our keys and helping us restart fitness equipment when someone else broke it. I do not have much experience with the other lady, though she has always greeted me sincerely upon my entering the office.

Other Complaints: I can't say that i've witnessed the place falling apart because it has not happened. Anything needing to be fixed is fixed and life goes on. The W/D are nothing near cheap, mine run fine and i haven't had a problem.
The pool DOES always have alot of kids in it, but hello, there are families that live here. God forbid we'd allow the kids to swim in the pool too. Pet owners leave waste from time to time but this has been getting better and better.

All in all, no apartment i've lived in compares to Stone Ridge, and those complaining seem to have nothing better to do. I'd recommend it to any of my friends, no doubt about it.
