The service is great and timely. I've never had to wait more than a day for maintenance. The hallways can smell like all different kinds of food, and for a short period the elevators smelled like urine, but they fixed this (i'm thinking it was college kids) and it's ok now. It is next to Baldwin Wallace so there are lots of college kids and sometimes they get stupid but I guess I'm used to that and I don't think it's that big a deal. There's also a lot of familes and elderly people so it's a good mix. Short walk to the video store and the grocery store, everything you need is within a short distance. Overall a good place to stay, especially for the price.

Oh, and I forgot to mention the trains because I'm used to them now. But they're loud. Very loud if you leave the window open.
