Tower in the Park has it's good and it's bad points. Some good points are the location. I think this is the best point. It is near the metroparks and so it is easy to go for a jog. You can walk to downtown Berea for community events. The drive to downtown Cleveland is very manageable it takes approximately 25 minute in rush hour. Also, it is within walking distance of the grocery and restaurants. The apartments are nice sized for the price and have new amenities. The mix of people overall is good. There are many seniors and college students. Although sometimes there are too many teenagers hanging out in the lobby and on the premises. There is a security guard that patrols the premises at nights.
One bad point is definately the noise. Although the complex is not loud the trains are. In the summer it is impossible to have your windows open and talk to the person in the same room. Our encounters with the mangement have not been the best. The maintenance people have been very nice and helpful, but the managers are not. The two times we have had to interact with them they have been rude and less than helpful.
Also the elevators are really slow and especially in the mornings you have to wait 10 minutes for the elevator.
