management is AWFUL to deal with they are completely ignorant and do not know how to run an apartment complex. when we first moved in they had promised us a new kitchen counter because of a disgusting huge yellow stain on the counter. after many attempts and calling and having it fixed we NEVER had anyone even in to look at it. i lose count at how many times the fire alarm went off in the middle of the night. there are children running loose in te hallways at all hours of the day and even after many complaints to the office nothing was ever done about it. after we moved out and turned in our keys, 2 weeks later the office called and asked us if we were going to be signing another lease as if they do not keep track of any of the tenants in the building. we recieved over a 1000 dollar bill after us moving out because they were trying to charge us for rent (after we moved out already), late fees (even though we never recieved a previous bill), and ridiculous administrative fees. the parking lot is a mess. half the time of us living their they had construction fixing the parking lots which forced people to have to park in dark areas that have no lighting and barely access behind the garages. the property manager is a total witch to deal with she doesnt care about anything and wont help you out if you can even get a hold of her. they close the office early all the time which makes it a total hassle trying to make it there on time cause you dont know what time they will close that day. and the worst and most disgusting part is that one day i was walking into the building one night and noticed a huge blood splatter on not just one side but both sides of the door. hoping that it would be gone by morning i didn't think twice about it because i figured that they would clean it up. that blood was there for almost a week before i called the office demanding that someone goes to clean it instantly because of how disgusting that was. overall it was awful and i would not recommend moving here to ANYONE. i would rather live homeless on the street.
