Where to start... Poor book keeping on the part of the front office. Receive a notice that you rent is $20 less than what it should be. When asked to view the check... what do you know... matches what it is suppose to be.... hum. Maintenance was suppose to check all windows, test smoke detectors, faucets for leaks, change the air filter, look for loose seems in the carpet... yes you guessed it, only changed the air filter (was there when they cam in). Just goes to show you that this place does not care about their residents if the place catches on fire. Not to mention they never remove snow or salt the sidewalks when they need it. All around a horrible place to live. Never a place to park, takes weeks to replace a light bulb in a public entrance way.Avoid it all cost

I had some complications with Columbia Gas when I moved in, a check was sent to Easpoint Lakes by Columbia Gas and not to me. Easpointe applied the difference to my newt bill. A complicated matter was handled vwery well. Maybe the author needs some mathe tutoring. I have MS in Mathematics. Or works for Columbia Gas.

1, I don't get the 'hum'. Why is he/she humming? 2, Seems...I think you meant 'seams' 3, Cam...I think you meant 'came' 4, "Avoid it all cost"...I think you meant 'Avoid AT all costS" Idiot. If you want to do a legitimate review, try to at least SEEM legitimate yourself. It's called spelling and grammar check. Keep your 'hum' attitude out of your post because it does not help your case. It actually makes you come across as more incompetent and idiotic than you may actually be! Mistakes happen. If you get a notice saying your rent is $20 less, you pay what is written in your lease. That is the document that will hold up in court. A leaky window or faucet is not going to matter if the building burns down, nor will a dirty (or clean in your case) air filter. If a loose carpet loop ever starts a fire, please let me know. As for the smoke detector, push the button for yourself. It does not require a college degree. I have a BA in English, a BS in Nuclear Engineering, and an MS in Nuclear Physics, so I might have a -bit- of an advantage over you, but my 3 year old tested our smoke and CO detectors for DST, so I'm pretty sure you can handle it.
