I have to agree and disagree with the 5/2/2008 posting. The maintenance people did not check the faucets, windows, or carpet. They only changed our air filter as well. We have also had ant problems anytime a small piece of food hits the ground. The management is really helpful, and has always been very accommodating. The groundskeepers are really odd and they like to chase geese in their golf cart. The grounds are beautiful and the grass is always cut. I really like the pond, but the goose poop is everywhere. Noise is never an issue, but we have had a few car break-ins and our neighbor had a gas grill stolen. I have never felt unsafe here; I think you just get occasional problems in any apartment community. The snow removal was non-existent. They plowed the area by the leasing office, and then left the back of the complex to sit in 2 feet of snow when we had that big storm during winter. he pool is well-maintained, but it closes at 9pm. Anyways, overall nice place to live. There are just lots of little things that may bother some and go completely un-noticed by others.
