My fiance and I moved into Jefferson Chase and signed a year lease. Overall it was'nt that bad. Not too much trouble up front but I heard if you go towards the back, its gets kind of bad. I liked it while I was there for a little while, but I couldnt sign another lease to this place. Was'nt that good. But it's good if your just starting out. But they keep changing the staff, there is a new owner every 3 months if that tells you anything,and they raise the rent price everytime someone new taks over.
