These apartments are affordable and definitely offer the needs of a small family or folks starting out on their own, but you get what you pay for....
Due to constant management changes, my move-in process took 3 months to complete. My apartment was not cleaned nor ready for move-in. The maintenance issues are continual and take forever. They serve numerous evictions each month. The constant changes in the office have served me 3 eviction notices in the first 3 months of residency. I would strongly caution anyone thinking of moving in. Talk to the residents first. I cannot wait for my lease term to be complete so I can get out!
