I AM A RESIDENT AT JEFFERSON CHASE APT. IT IS NOT A SAFE PLACE TO LIVE.. KIDS ARE ALWAYS FIGHTING AND THE MAINTENANCE WORKERS ARE NOT TRUST WORTHY. MY APT. WAS NET EVEN READY FOR ME WHEN I MOVED IN. CIGARETTES WERE EVERYWHERE FROM THE WORKRS, DOORS DID NOT HAVE LOCKS AND CABINETS WERE MISSING. IT IS A HORRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE, ESPECIALLY IF U HAVE KIDS. YOU SHOULD NEVER LET THEM IN WHEN YOU ARE NOT HOME. SOMEONE HAS BEEN ENTERING MY HOUSE WHEN I AM NOT THERE AND TAKING THINGS. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. I CAN'T WAIT FOR MY LEASE TO BE OVER.
