I moved in 3 months ago upon moving in my apartment wasn't move in ready I had paint every where floor moldings not nailed back to the wall counter tops were damaged and to this day being 3 months later they still haven't fixed all of the problems. I heard a lot of bad things about the Property Manager but I'm not a fan of he say she say but every bad thing I have heard about her seems to be true. This property isn't being managed right its things that you shouldn't have to wait on if your paying rent not section 8 or getting some assistance paying the full amount on time or even early but when you call to have something fixed that is damaged because of them it takes over 3 months so bottom line viewers "Don't Let The Nice Area Fool You"
