Recommend - I lived in a one bedroom 2nd floor apartment. I really liked living here and the only reason I left was because I was moving out of state. You get what you pay for - This apartment complex looks great from the outside. Location isn't bad. Close to downtown, 4 miles from 270. good apartments. not bad apartments. layouts are kinda weird. the townhouse isnt great its very narrow. parking kinda short but not bad. rent way to high for what you get. safe community and staff is friendly and helpful

THIS IS THE WORST APARTMENT I HAVE EVER LIVED IN!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! The property manager doesn't know her --- from a hole in the ground. This has been the worst complex I have ever lived in. I will not be renewing, and advise anyone to stay away.
