I have not been pleased with The Charleston Apts. Although the units are nice, the office staff are extremely rude, they lie and often inconvience the residents. The Charleston is also overpriced as the pool is very small, the "gym" is literally a room with 3 cardio machines, a weight machine and free weights and is too small to have more than 4 people in it at a time and the hot tub is disgusting! I look forward to moving out at the end of my lease as the management needs training on building people skills and conflict resolution.

Totally agree. They change staff last year. New staff they are young sad girls.You will wait to fix your maintenance problem forever (probably depends how they like you).Apartment complex looks like trash. Dirty stairways, no lights at parking lot. Prices jumping up (over 20% for water at past 6 months). I'm really upset because it was a great place just last summer. Try to find other place for normal life!
