I've already added a detailed entry as to why not to ever rent here. If you need your own proof just drive through on the weekend - if you can get past the pile of trash surrounding the dumpster. I have sent notices to the City of Blue Ash and Health Dept. This place is just disgusting all around. The grounds are always filthy... Just wait 'til winter when there is no snow/ice removal from the walkways, parking lot...

OH...just WAIT till you move out! Take a picture of everything after you clean it or else they will charge you 80 bucks just to clean! Even though you cleaned the items before moving!!! Our Heartland bill was 70 bucks a month! we were SHOCKED! And a little upset! The water portion was only 10 bucks a month so the other 60 were hidden fees and unnecessary costs.

When I signed the agreement everything was in writting and nothing was hidden, I guess you just learned your lession to READ before you sign things. So nothing is HIDDEN, you said for yourself you DIDNT read. So I guess the next place you live you need to make sure you understand and ask questions. Oh and on your Heartland agreement it says OTHER COMMON UTILITIES. And about the water only being $10 thats funny I have NEVER lived anywhere where my water was only $10 please sare that LALA land with me because I would LOVE to live there.

the last post is office staff, the last time i was at the dumpster/compactor i had to compact it SEVEN times!!!!!! and that was just to put my own trash into it

Anon, I'm moving to an apartment where water is FREE and heat is FREE and the apartment and location is just as good. Good riddance to Charleston at Blue A$$.
