Beware of Connor Group - don't sign your lease

Never sign your lease if its a connor group property. I am truly writing this to save others from this management. They have many hidden fees including the Heartland bill and once you move out they charge for each and everything from us and fix the whole apartment. They say wear and tear is not acceptable, we have to handover the apartment the same way we took it. Its funny because after four years they are expecting to handover the apartment the same way they gave. Altogether they find ways to charge you and also we have to forget our deposit money. When we stayed there we used to get survey calls from connor grp. about the apartment but once you move out there will be no one to answer your questions, instead they forward our bill to the collection agency and threaten us to pay the bill. 3mPoZ6gGN6wTPgNi4L2C

I would love to put together a group of people who have been hurt by Connor Groups practices. This company is full of liars and as far as I am concerned thieves. They treat you terribly and their practices are disgusting. I think if we get enough people we may be able to make some sort of impact. Get something on the news or in the paper so others can be wary. I have already contacted the BBB but Connor Group has already sent a reply that is full of lies. This company is as corrupt as it gets and someone needs to stand up to them. If you look at any of their other complex ratings you will see the same rantings that are displayed here. Contact me if you want to put together something. hugsandmrs@hotmail.com
