DIRTY environmental, Suck maintenance, SUPER expensive rent fee (real value seems to $694/month)
It is really hot in summer, it is really cold in winter even you pay over $250 of electric.

Friendly Management I have been living here for over a year and a half now. The complex itself is nice, but i'm sure anybody will tell you that it's the service that sets Charleston apart from the rest. The management team have gone above and beyond during my tenure here.
