That picture is from a good day! I've already added a detailed entry as to why not to ever rent here. If you need your own proof just drive through on the weekend - if you can get past the pile of trash surrounding the dumpster. I have sent notices to the City of Blue Ash and Health Dept.

I have not been pleased with The Charleston Apts. Although the units are nice, the office staff are extremely rude, they lie and often inconvience the residents. The Charleston is also overpriced as the pool is very small, the "gym" is literally a room with 3 cardio
