Best Living In BG! - Shamrock is by far the best apartment community that my wife and I have lived in. We have been here 3 years and are only moving because I took a job in southern Ohio. The landlord/owner is a great guy. He is very prompt in responding to any issues that are brought to his attention, he makes sure that any maintenance issues are resolved quickly and effectively. Too far! Varsity square is just too far away from campus, the buildings are old, you can hear absolutely everything your neighbor is doing, or i should say WHO they're DOING...it is pet friendly which is one of very few perks but noone cleans up after their dogs, it's a mess
