My wife and I have lived here for one year. I would NOT renew my lease here even if we were staying in this area. The apartments are overpriced. Probably because they have no competition in Brecksville. The maintenance staff can take up to a month to fix a problem. The old lady who takes care of the fitness center was VERY rude to my wife and son. The regional office staff is also very rude, and they tried to tell us we were using too much water when we have tried hard not to use too much.
The pool is staffed with High school kids who always close it early during the summer. And you have to get out of the pool for 15 minutes every hour due to some stupid rule!
They have no business center, and overall the amenities are lacking compared to other apartments in the area. Avoid this place if you can!

Are you crazy? I lived there for 2 yrs with my husband and we loved it. Two car attached garage?? C'mon. You can't beat that with a stick, my friend. No shovelling in winter....giant apartment. Two bathrooms. We're from Boston originally, so those apartments were heaven to us. Maintenance always came quick for us. Brecksville is an UNBELIEVABLY nice community. The recreation center alone is reason to move there. Its like "Pleasantville".
