This place is absolutely horrible. I understand that it is a pet-friendly community, but I have had to throw away 4 pairs of shoes since I moved in since I stepped in mountains of dog feces. Forget the office staff, unless you want to share a smoke, that is the only thing they'll do for you once they have your named on the dotted line. And the best part is most of them live here. Laundry rooms' What a joke it's more than 4.00 to wash and dry a load, not counting when your jerk neighbors pull your clothes out and use the machines themselves. Or when they leave pieces of poop in the machines that htey of course do not clean out. I hope you don't expect to park your car either, at least not without it getting several hundred dollars worth of dings and scratches put into it. Like someone else said, don't expect the apartments to actually remove snow, or put any salt down.

It isn't the office staff that isn't cleaning up after their dogs, it's the residents. Try telling your neighbors, when you see them let their dog go without cleaning it up, that they are breaking the law as well as breaking their lease. And the laundry room? Well, perhaps if you didn't leave your clothes in the machines after they were done then the neighbors wouldn't have to move them to use the machine. A little common courtesy goes a long way while living in close quarters with others. I could come on here and complain about the neighbors who leave their clothes in the machines but seriously, how is that relevant to the community as a whole?

Maybe ----- and the other rental staff should pick their butts up and actually walk around the property and observe what residents do not clean up after their pets. That is what they are paid to do.

exactly ----- needs to put the cigarette down and do her job. all she does is intimidate all the workers which looks completely horrible to all the residents and potential residents.

I couldn't agree more with the above previous two postings! -----, rental staff and most of maintenance are all lazy...and rude! Also..people who need to intimidate others do so to feel good about themselves..they are often unstable, unhappy and have very little else going for them and no real self-esteem.

I dont know who has ever worked at an apartment property, but 5 yrs. ago I worked for a large apt. complex somewhat like this...and until you are in their shoes....dont complain. You have NO IDEA what they do on a daily basis so you people need to chill out.....Im sure you are just PERFECT at your place of work. HA
