It was a nightmare living in this apartment complex. They never snowplough the snow no matter how much snow fall the city gets, the water bill is obnoxious, heat bills ridiculous and electric bills not even funny.
My apartment used to freeze and it used to feel sometimes as though it was warmer outside yet i used to receive gas bill in excess of $180 a month. No matter how much you complain, management sleeps on them. My suffering ended only after my lease expired.If you want to save your self from tormenting yourself, DON'T MOVE IN THIS APARTMENT COMPLEX
