The maintenance people are great and very attentive to tenants needs. My complaint comes because there is a lack of stuff for children especially school-age kids. The outdoor pool is nice, but only open in the summer and not seven days a week. There have been families with kids that have not had leases renewed for no reason. Does the management and owner not want kids on the property' Also, there are some not very good people moving in.
Find a place that is more family friendly. Property and inside areas not as clean as last year. Apartments need updating.

If you don't pay your rent, they let you stay. If you pay your rent, they won't renew your lease. Crazy huh?

I couldn't agree more. Last summer, the paint in the pool was flaking off all summer and paint chips were floating in the pool. It wasn't as clean as in years past.
