I have been here for one year. I have 2 children. The two children were caught riding scooters with one of the apartment employees children when spring broke. I was embarrassed in front of a crowd of people, by Micky the Manager. I apologized and told her that i hoped her employees knew the rules here too. Mikey told me there is NO NOTHING FOR CHILDREN TO DO HERE. Since then, Mickey has not spoke to me since Spring. Will not even look at me. Now that my lease is up, Mickey will not renew it. And from I hear, other families with children are not getting renewed also. Recently, my children were falsly accused of putting signs of Mickey up around the apartments by one of the other employees, which was a lie. My daughters confronted her and asked her why she lied about them, and she said were not talking about this. So, they called the police on me and my kids. I called the owner left a message with his secretary, and got no response. The owner is Milton Cohen, 440-886-0123. So if you were thinking about inquiring about this place, I suggest you call the owner first, and find out if they are FILLING IN THE POOL and getting rid of the children who live here... Unless you are friends with Mickey...

I completely agree with this tenant. They are mean to children here. I hear the manager SCREAMING at a 7 year old kid who climbed a little tree, and she told him that she was calling the police on him. I was in my bathroom during this instance, and I just couldnt believe what I was hearing! I wonder if they advertise the -----Roaches that they have here? The BIG GIANT ones? Interesting...

I completely disagree. I lived here several years ago....and hated it...when I was a loud, obnoxious drunk. Well after sobering, finishing school, and deciding to be a responsible, civilized human being, I came back on my own. I am going on my 3rd year this time around, and I see how uncivilized people really are. The problem is not children. The problem is people who chose to not read the lease and properly supervise their young children. I have seen children on bikes, scooters, you name it. This is an apartment complex not a person yard or playground. People work hard for their cars and llivelyhood. I do not appreciate: 1.worrying about some wreckless child damaging my car and 2.fearing a kid on a bike may come flying by when I am trying to back out. However, these apples do not fall far from the tree as the speed limit is clearly posted 5 MPH on the property yet, so that I do not get tailgated trying to get to my own apartment I feel I have to go 10 as suppossedly mature adults want to fly through here as though it is the INDY 500. It is really aggravating as I work in the public service sector. These same people who want to complain and gripe that their children were corrcted, are probably the ones who want to fly through here as the a PARKING LOT is a free-way. People really need to grow up and learn some personal responsibility and pass than on to their own children.
