Ok, I am NOT going to go Tit for Tat. I am going to state FACTS...

**PUBLIC KNOWLEDGE- CONTACT COUNTY OF CUYAHOGA BOARD OF HEALTH, AS FOR THE REPORT ON THE PARKVIEW ESTATES FOR SUMMER OF 08, ITS VERY INTERESTING FREE & PUBLIC** Per the HEALTH DEPARTMENT REPORT, the concrete foundation is bad. The pool has to be shut down and the foundation needs to be rebuilt. The salt levels are/were extremely high, PH levels bad. Im sure with all of the paint peeling, chipping and floating in the pool, didnt help with that report either. Notice's were posted on our doors that the pool is going to be shut down next summer. (with good reason)

#1. Parkview Estates HAS CockRoaches! NEVER in my entire life, have I ever had one of them. One day I find this GIANT MONSTER in my bathroom and another tenant (a friend of mine) murdered it for me. I was informed by 2 neighbors on my floor, that they have had them. They informed the office STAFF of the infestation, and the office claims they are just coming in from the creek (sure). So, they have sprayed the apartments of the people who FIND them. Now, last I checked, you should be exterminating entire building. I mean there are 4 apartments on each floor, so what you accomplish by spraying 2 apartments (diagonal from eachother). Hello''' Possible the whole building or atleast the ENTIRE FLOOR should have been handeled. Great Job OFFICE STAFF AND PARKVIEW APARTMENTS!!

#2. There is a creek on the east side of the building. A pretty little place to take a walk. There are also lots and lots of ducks back there. I have heard neighbors complain about children getting yelled at for being back there or whatever. My nephew stayed with me for the weekend (8 years old). We were bringing bread for the ducks, and the upstairs (3rd floor) tenants did not see me, and they were swearing and yelling at him for feeding the ducks. Now... I understand the lease states no children playing in the creek, its a safty issue, but last I check they didnt OWN the Creek and the DUCKS WERENT PARKVIEW"S PROPERTY... I am an adult and as I yelled up to the woman, she slammed her door.

#3. The Pool is HORRIBLE. I could smell it from my porch. If you rub against the side, white pain rubs off onto you. There were lots of paint chips floating. There also was an incident were the life guards were CAUGHT drinking alchohol at the pool.

#4. The REPAIR staff is fine. I had a few problems with heater and plumbing, and had NO problem at all getting things done. It was done quicky and without problem. That is the best I will give the staff. The maintenence team is good.

#5. The snow that packs into the parking lot is insane and they dont have a truck that plows it. Sidewalks, yes, parking lot NO. The ONLY trucks that carelessly drive through this lot are the rediculus money hungry tow trucks! All hours of the night, with their LOUD trucks, towing people who dont live here. They have all hour access, and just run around checking for it. I have seen them get awfully close to tentants cars...

#6. The rent is reasonable. They are a VERY easy apartment to get approved for. Obviously, with the amount of people moving, they need to keep them occupied. My neighbors are very loud and you hear every step from the people above you, but I have dealt with it, because its not their fault. Everything needs updated, including the cabinets.

#7. THE OFFICE STAFF, INCLUDING MIKKIE THE MANAGER IS VERY UNFRIENDLY. It is true that there are friends of hers, who have lived here for a long time, with no problems. I suppose that may be the only way to make things go well, is to kiss her ass.

These are facts. I have never been late on my rent, nor do I have any children. These are things that I have witnessed. I will be moving out in December, and not renewing my lease... Have fun future tenants!

i dont know where you live on what planet but ihave lived at parkveiw estates for almost five years and the apartments we have had 3 to be exact have been super clean never seen a cockroach always lived on creek side it is beautiful and quite always!!!! icall mickey my angel she has been nothing but couteous to us and i walk alot around complex always see maintenance cleaning in morning complex is clean and safe it seems like you have not looked at these apartments with sober eyes
