let's start with the staff, mikki is a menopausal mess and she lies so much she starts to believe it herself. she can't keep her mouth shut about other people like michelle (her leasing agent). can you believe she tells other people about her dui issues' okay now, who wants a loser to show them an apartment' her housekeeping girls are sleeping with the maintenance man and i think she is just jealous she can't get a piece herself. mikkie herself doesn't even live there, what does that tell you. mikkie is the manager and can't even stand to live there. the roaches everyone is talking about are real, nobody is making this up. we had our place sprayed twice and STILL have them...mikkies excuse, "the rain is causing them to come up the drains". plowing was horrible in winter and the free heat is a joke. they have it set at 65 and slowly increase it during the winter. the kitchen cupboards are from the 70's, dwarf size fridge and stove, no disposal, old flooring, paint splattered on the brick wall IN your living room, closets break daily, horrible plumbing and the carpets are staind. don't plan on having guests unless you want them to park a world away from your apartment. the maintenance guys are nice and i feel terrible they have to deal with the wenches in the office. my lease ended, i was asked to renew and chose not to...who would renew' no pool, sgt mikkie yelling at your kids, stray cats allover, just a plain mess. spend an extra 50 bux and go somewhere else, you won't be happy

i have lived here for five years NO BUGS EVER mickey and michelle are wonderful parking is no problen(never has been )for us or my guests i get nothing but rave reveiws from my guests on how pretty my apt is bad storm last year that led to parking hell but the maintenence crew worked very hard to clean up the snow the pool is being renovated halls are kept very clean by the housekeeping crew i find this negativity to be very disturbing if all your claims are true then why are most apt rented and so many people rent here for years and years

have you took a look around? there is tons of empty apartments! wait until the day comes when you (mikki or her friend) open your cabinet and see a giant cockroach looking back at you! ha! you obviously dont have kids at all! how do you explain the cuyahoga county board of health FORCING the office to redo the concrete ?????? its in writing from the county. they got sited!! the life guard RYAN drinking with his buddies in the pool??????? really nice! they arent renovating out of choice, they are BY FORCE!!!!!!!!! THE HEAT BLOWS!!!! THE BUGS BLOW!!!! THE MANAGER BLOWS!!!! and from what i hear, Michelle quit due to MIKKI the WONDERFUL MANAGER! this is a freaking ghetto in brooklyn! sec98 is either from west. 25th street and thinks this place is the greatest thing ever, or sen is an office employee, or friend. Thats all there is to it..! so defensive over these apartments, its strange! why would you be here to begin with? i heard mikki got a call from apartment ratings.com and thats when all the "great ratings" started coming in LMAO.... enjoy your high class project apartments with the bugs lol.

I moved out last year and am glad I did. when i first moved in, the office people, Micki included, were very nice. The pool was great and very clean.Unfortunately, I noticed a different group of renters that didn't care about making lots of noise, or littering the place.I had huge roaches too and that was a problem. The maintenance guys were always nice.Balconies needed work and so did apartment updating. I wouldn't rent there now. It's a shame as the location is great. I wonder if the owner is just too cheap to fix up the place.Don;t move here with kids. There's nothing for them to do. I wouldn't recommend this place.
