Lived here more than 10 years. Had a few problems but politely asked for them to be fixed and most were fixed within a reasonable amount of time. The heat could be better but-this is a very old complex. You can hear people walking around but if you don't want that-buy a house. The price is reasonable for what these apartments are AND you have a park setting.
People need to learn to communicate and be patient.
This year will be great with the new pool!
I recommend this place and have in the past to friends.

Have you told people that there is a new TINY-MINI pool because the health department FORCED them to put in a new one due to the problems with it last year? And how the life guards were caught DRINKING on a Saturday evening in the pool? And when the pool is closed (on Mondays and after hours) that the employees families and their children ARE allowed to occupy the pool and nobody else is allowed? Did you fail to mention the giant roaches that infest these apartments? There are roaches and the management will explain that it is only from the creek and the beautiful park like setting. Also, how is stays FREEZING in the winter because there is no blowing heat? Have fun and enjoy... :-)
