Parkview Estates is Great and so is the Staff I have been at Parkview for more than 7 years now. I have had no problems if anything goes wrong in my apartment. The problem gets fixed asap. I also have children and if you follow the rules there is not a problem. Maybe if people followed the rules

Don't want school age children on the property? The maintenance people are great and very attentive to tenants needs. My complaint comes because there is a lack of stuff for children especially school-age kids. The outdoor pool is nice, but only open in the summer and not seven days a week.
