Years at this apartment: 2003 - 2006
 
I lived here for almost three years. The first two years were great! Once Richland sold the place to CMI, the place really went downhill. It started taking longer for them to fix maintenence issues and the grounds aren't as nice as they used to be.

The staff is really nice and helpful. I just think CMI doesn't want to put as much time and attention into the complex as it needs.
