TERRIBLE PLACE TO LIVE, MANAGEMENT IS AWEFUL, THEY RAISE YOUR RENT EVERY YEAR, NICKLE AND DIME YOU TO DEATH, ENTER YOUR APARTMENT WITHOUT YOUR KNOWLEDGE AND OR NOTIFICATION THAT THEY DID. PROBLEMS ARE NOT HANDLED BY MANAGEMENT. DOORS ARE NOT SECURE, 2 INCH SPACES UNDER DOORS, HIGH LAUNDRY FEES, LEASE TERMS/RULES AND REGULATIONS ARE OUT-RAGIOUS!!!! BEWARE STAY AWAY !! VERY UNSAFE PLACE TO LIVE.

I love living in Clearbrooke Apartments. Very nice place for the price. They have great specials, and there is nothing unsafe about living here. Management promptly takes care of issues that arise for me... There is a little space under the door, big deal? Cover it up with something. They plow the parking areas immediately, haven't had a problem with this place yet.
