I have lived here for over three years. Since the new management has taken over this place is a joke. The walls are so thin, the security doors are not secure, the late fees are a joke within themselves, and the office staff have all been fired (Trudy) and several of the maintenance crew, the nice ones!!! To be replaced with more rude, unprofessional, and bitchy family members of the new owner. If the window is open and your door slams shut you will be called, if you walk to the bathroom in the middle of the night, you will be called, and the best is if you need a repair you will get sometime within the next six months.

I have spiders that share my apartment, so many I should charge them rent, fat white grub worms in my bathroom, and birds that eat my screens out of my windows. This place is the joke of Brunswick. The new management and new owner are the worst business people I have ever had to deal with.

So if you look at these apartments heed my warning and RUN. You will not even be allowed to talk on your phone without being called by the office. I feel like I still live at home. In bed by nine not to disturb anyone, have no friends over or you will be scolded, no talking in the hallway or you will go to the office. As for the security camera's yes they did install them but I was told they don't know how to use the system so they are basically no good. They also retape over them every 24 hours, so watch your clocks if you are going to get mugged or have your car broken into.

Cats are allowed with an additional large deposit, no dogs, unless you are management or their family then you just pretend the dog is not at the office everyday and try to hide it in the back.

Ok, Im scared now after reading these reviews. We only looked at the model apt and it looked nice, otherwise we were planning to go to take another look,and we loved the price. people are saying the walls are paper thin.. does that mean normal apartment walls or are they really bad? I mean all apts have somewhat thin walls.. but I have a baby and he is loud, ( i mean he is a baby after all) am I going to get harassed by neighbors and management?
