I lived on the top floor and while the stairs were a little hard to handle with a less than 2 year old and grocerys at the same time it was nice. The only time i could hear my neighbors is when they sat out side there door talking and when there kids came tromping up and down the stairs. i could hear when the person next door was taking a shower but only if i was in my bathroom. the rooms were large and the walk in closet and laundry in suite was nice. i didnt have problems with any of my neighbors. we moved when our lease was up bc i was expectin another baby and we needed a bigger place. also the stairs where getting to be too much for me. the parking lot is a bit of a problem they dont tend to plow, and the management i never realy talked to so i cant say anything about them. over all it was a nice place to live for a year

yeah, it's kind of hard to hear your neighbors when your on the top floor. The most common types of disturbances are from people stomping around above you. My sister lived in these apartments and the people above her had children, need I say more?
